Crystal-Awards-Supplier offers FREE ENGRAVING on all orders. This includes both text and logo engraving. Text Engraving
To specify your text for engraving, simply complete the fields provided on the order form for each product. If you require more than three lines of text, please contact Crystal-Gifts-Supplier in the first instance with details of your proposed order. There is no charge for extra lines of text, but we do need to ensure that there is adequate space on the product for larger inscriptions.
We offer six font options for your text engraving (see right). However, if you require engraving in a specific font that is not included within these options, please contact Crystal-Gifts-Supplier with details of the font and your proposed order and we will advise whether this is possible.
Logo Engraving
Logo engraving is supplied free of charge by Crystal-Awards-Supplier, but we do require a one-off set-up fee of £30 (plus VAT for UK and EU customers) per logo. This origination fee is for the preparation of graphics prior to engraving. All subsequent orders using the same logo will be engraved for free without having to pay the set-up / origination fee again. You can upload your logo during the ordering process, or artwork can be emailed to us at sales@crystal-awards-supplier.co.uk. Logos should be supplied in .jpeg, .gif or .bmp formats. We recommend a resolution of 300dpi for your artwork.
Customers must be the holders or permitted users of any trademarked logos. Crystal-Awards-Supplier reserves the right to refuse to engrave a recognised logo if ownership or permission of use cannot be provided by the customer.
Logo Origination
The one-off logo set-up or origination fee is to cover the costs of digitising your logo in preparation for engraving it on your crystal award. In this process, we take your logo graphic and convert it into a format that is suitable for engraving. Some examples of 'before and after' logos are provided below. We believe there is no logo or emblem that we cannot convert into a digitised format for engraving, no matter how complex the design:
