Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online? Yes. Our online payment processing is handled by Protx, a world leader in secure online purchase processing. Uppermost (owners of Crystal-Awards-Supplier.co.uk) never sees your credit or debit card details - these are handled entirely by Protx.
How quickly can I get my order delivered? We aim to have all orders despatched within five working days of receiving an order. Standard UK delivery is handled by Royal Mail, the national carrier. If you prefer an express delivery service, please contact Crystal-Awards-Supplier with details of your proposed order and we will reply with a quote for your custom shipping requirements.
Do you take orders from outside the UK? Yes. Crystal-Awards-Supplier will accept orders from customers across the European Union (EU), U.S.A, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. An up to date list of our current rates is available on our shipping prices page. We do not normally deliver to other countries, but all requests will be considered. Please contact Crystal-Awards-Supplier with details of your proposed order and preferred delivery destination.
What format does my logo need to be in? We can accept logo artwork in .jpeg, .gif and .bmp formats. Remember that the higher the quality of the original artwork, the better the clarity of the engraved logo. We recommend a resolution of 300dpi for your artwork. Please bear in mind also the actual size of your engraving - typically this will be no larger than 200mm x 200mm. There is no need to supply images in a substantially larger print size than this (as long as resolution is at least 300dpi).
Can I have more than three lines of engraving text? Yes. But bear in mind the actual size of the engraving area on your chosen product. Typically this will be no more than 200mm x 200mm. If you are satisfied that your inscription will fit within the engraving area available, please contact Crystal-Awards-Supplier before placing your order and we will reply with instructions on how to proceed with your custom engraving requirements. There is no charge for engraving of extra lines of text.
