These perpetual award plaques feature 12 slots, perfect for a monthly award or for 12 longer intervals. The plaque is crafted in clear glass with cobalt blue crystal curves and features 12 brushed metal plaques. The central glass plaque can be engraved with text and/or a logo, as can the metal plaques. This free-standing award measures 22.5cm (8.75in) wide by 15cm (6in) in height. It is supplied in its own presentation box.
