I ordered an engraved glass tankard for my husband as a 15th Anniversary gift and am delighted with it. Really good service, arrived quickly and very well packaged. Only down side, I didn't feel the gift box was particularly good value for money at £8.50. The glass didn't seem to fit the box very well and didn't offer much cushioning. Also slight bubbling on lid and damage to one corner. I'm sure however this would have been put right had there been more time and i'd taken it up with them.

Customer service is excellent. I made a small error on my original order and got an extreamly quick reply at 7.20 am the following morning... on email re assuring me that everything had been corrected. Super service!!
