The submission of an order via this web site constitutes an offer to purchase on the part of the submitter ('customer'). No contract shall subsist between the customer and Creative Engraving Ltd until the site operator confirms an order via email to the customer. Prices provided in a written quotation from Creative Engraving Ltd. as a result of an inquiry to this Crystal-Awards-Supplier Web site shall be valid for 30 days from the dispatch date of the written quotation.
Payment for goods and services provided by Creative Engraving Ltd. shall be made in advance of dispatch of the finished products. Payment may be made by credit or debit card via our secure payment facility from PayPal. No goods will be shipped unless payment has been received in full. All goods shall remain the property of Creative Engraving Ltd. until payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery of products will be handled by a third party carrier, typically Royal Mail, DPD, TNT and FedEx. While most such deliveries are 'next day' within the UK, Creative Engraving Ltd. makes no guarantee regarding arrival times via standard delivery. Current price schedule for delivery can be found on our Deliver Information. These charges are per order, regardless of quantity ordered. The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform Creative Engraving Ltd. of any defect or shortage in the order within seven days of receipt.
We keep customers informed of the status and progress of their order via email notifications. Typically these are: order confirmation, order in progress, and order completed notifications. We also use email to inform customers if an order cannot be fulfilled, and for delivery issues and failures. Use of this site to place an order implies consent for all these types of service email communications.
Returns & Refund Policy
Creative Engraving Ltd. operates a 'No Quibble' returns policy. We will refund or exchange non-engraved products bought via this Web site if they are returned - in a resaleable condition - within 28 days of purchase. Cases involving products that have been customised with an engraving will be dealt with on an individual basis. The purchaser must bear the carriage costs of returning unwanted products. For cases in which items have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition, return carriage costs will be reimbursed. Please use the original packaging to return your purchase.
